What Zorenta does for a landlord
What it does today — and, marked as such, what is coming.
Rent & arrears
The rent notice is issued monthly from the contract. The tenant declares the payment, you confirm it — and you see at once who is behind, and by how many days.
Contracts & signing
The contract is generated from the property’s details and goes out for signature through a unique emailed link. A simple electronic signature, archived with date and time. Addenda and terminations work the same way.
Meters & readings
Every meter has its own reading window, the one its supplier asks for. When it opens, whoever reads that dial gets a reminder; the index is filed with a photograph of the dial, and it stays on the record who read it and on which day. You tick off what you have passed on, and the handover readings — the day the keys change hands, either way — stay attached to the contract. Zorenta does not compute the bill; the supplier does.
Access & codes
The gate code, the barrier’s number, the WiFi password, the parking space — written down once and on your tenant’s phone for as long as the contract runs. What is yours alone, the alarm code or where the spare key hangs, stays private. A code shared by a whole block copies to every flat you own there in one press, and the history shows what the value was before.
Handover & deposit
The handover report is filled in on a phone, room by room: the state of each thing in one tap, notes and photos — which the tenant can add too. You both sign it on screen and the PDF is filed with the contract’s documents. At move-out you start from the move-in list, see what got worse and note what is kept from the deposit, with the reason; the sum returned is written on the same page the tenant signs.
Utilities
Utility bills and reminders, kept separate from the rent.
Tenant turnover
From an active contract to termination and a new tenant, with the history kept.
Reports
Occupancy, collections and arrears, with a CSV export for your accountant.
Audit & GDPR
A full log of every change, with data isolated and hosted in the EU.
Repairs & contractorscoming soon
Issues are classified by trade, and the platform suggests the right contractor by availability and rating.
Messagescoming soon
Threaded conversations with your tenant, in the app, instead of messages lost on your phone.
Online payments & e-Facturacoming soon
Card and SEPA collection, and e-Factura issuing. Until then rent is paid by bank transfer and the platform keeps the record: who declared a payment, what you confirmed, and what is still owed.
Zorenta rings the barriercoming soon
Today you press and your own phone rings the barrier: free, but the arm only lifts if your number is on the administrator’s list. Next comes the version where Zorenta calls from its own number — added to that list once, after which anyone with access in the app gets in, a guest for three nights or the plumber included.
How to start tracking your rent in Zorenta
Create an account
With your email address, in two minutes. No card, and no conversation with a salesperson.
Add the property
The address, the rent and the billing day. We show you how, on practice data you delete afterwards.
Invite the tenant
They get a link, sign the contract and see their rent in the app.
Follow the money
The monthly notice goes out on its own. You see what was paid and what is left.
One platform, many companies
A landlord who manages their own homes gets their own space, isolated from everyone else’s. A management company runs on the same architecture, with its own landlords and tenants — that is the Enterprise plan.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Paid plans start when we introduce billing — until then every account runs free, and if you have more than two properties we will tell you well in advance, without blocking anything and without deleting anything.
Questions about letting, and about Zorenta
Yes — that is exactly who it is built for. You create the account yourself, confirm your email address and you are in within two minutes, with no salespeople and no implementation project. Your first two properties are free for ever.
By bank transfer, straight into your account — we keep the record. The rent notice is issued monthly from the contract and reaches the tenant by email, with the amount, the due date and your account details. The tenant declares the payment in the app, you confirm it, and arrears show up immediately. Card and SEPA collection and e-Factura issuing are in progress; until then no money passes through the platform.
You add them normally. We tell you that you have outgrown the free plan, but nothing is blocked and nothing is deleted — we simply do not have billing yet. When we switch it on we will tell you the price and the date well in advance, and if you choose not to continue you can export your data.
The contract is generated from the property’s details and goes to the tenant through a unique emailed link. They sign on a phone or a computer, and the document is archived with the date, the time and the link used. It is a simple electronic signature in the eIDAS sense — not a qualified one — and the same flow works for addenda and for termination.
No, and it sends nothing to the supplier either. It keeps the readings: each meter has the reading window its own supplier asks for, and when that opens, whoever reads the dial — your tenant or you — gets a reminder. The index is filed with a photograph of the dial and it stays on the record who read it and on which day, alongside the handover readings taken when the keys change hands, attached to the contract. You type the number into the supplier’s own form and tick in the app that you have passed it on. The bill is the supplier’s to compute, from thresholds, standing charges and VAT — we do not second-guess it.
Yes. Every account’s data is fully isolated from everyone else’s, we keep an audit log of every change, and we comply with GDPR, hosted in the EU.
Enterprise. The platform is built multi-company: your landlords, tenants and contractors sit in your firm’s own space, isolated from everyone else’s, and you can operate across several cities. Write to us at [email protected] and we will set it up together.
